BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- On Thursday, the Berrien County Sheriff's Office released information about a missing 16-year-old who ran away from home in January.

The missing 16-year-old is Kaiden Morris, who was last seen running away from his guardians' residence in the 1200 block of Maple Lane in Hagar Township around 11:15 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 24.

Kaiden was last seen wearing a light-colored sweatshirt, baggy jeans, and black tennis shoes.

Kaiden is a student at St. Joseph High School and is believed to be staying with friends or acquaintances in the St. Joseph–Benton Harbor metropolitan area.
