Moderna announces their COVID-19 vaccine will soon be available for individuals ages 12-17

Moderna announced Tuesday morning that they will request FDA authorization use of their COVID-19 vaccine to become available for adolescent kids between the ages of 12 and 17 in June.

Tests from trials for this age group have shown to be 100 percent effective.

Once approved, Moderna will become the second COVID-19 vaccine available to individuals under the age of 18.
