More rain expected in areas impacted by flood waters

WYOMING, Mich. — Parts of Michigan already impacted with flood waters are bracing for more rain Friday morning.

In the city of Wyoming, Michigan, the mayor has declared a state of emergency.

Rescue crews had to use to transport some families left stranded by the flooding.

An emergency shelter has been set up to help those affected by the storms.

The National Weather Service says heavy rain in the region is expected to continue through Friday.
