A chilly start will be widespread today with clear skies this morning, resulting in temperatures throughout the 20s out the door. Our area gradually starts to warm as highs make their way into the mid 50s, although a cool breeze sticks around all day with winds ranging from 20-25 mph. Tonight, cloudy skies give way to a light rain/snow mix that mostly ends before sunrise on Saturday. Flurries are possible in South Bend around the middle of the day, warranting a jacket for the rescheduled St. Patrick's Day parade. Clearing takes place during the second half of tomorrow and we will finish the day on a sunny note and near 40 degrees. The next best chance for soaking rain will be midday Sunday with temperatures in the low 50s as low pressure cuts through the Great Lakes. Next week likely starts off on a dry, albeit cooler, note.
Today (Friday): Mostly cloudy. High 55.
Tonight: Rain/snow showers. Low 32.
Tomorrow: AM clouds/PM sun. High 40.
Sunday: Rain. High 52.
