Motorcyclist killed in accident in Elkhart County

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- A motorcyclist was injured and later died after a vehicle accident on CR2 west of SR13 just north of Middlebury Sunday afternoon.
According to the Elkhart County Sheriff's Office, Dale Greensides was driving eastbound on CR2 when the driver of a Ford Focus turned in front of Greensides.
Greensides' motorcycle struck the Ford and the Ford spun into a vehicle parked in a private drive.
Greensides was taken by Medflight to Memorial Hospital for life-threatening injuries.
He was not wearing a helmet.
Greensides died Monday morning at 11:25 a.m.
