Muddy conditions put a damper on fair events from Tuesday's storms

GOSHEN, Ind. -- Fair workers are thrilled that things went well at the Elkhart County 4-H Fair on Tuesday.
Their hands were full early with the storms that pushed through, forcing officials to pull some of the special events.
The Saddle Club dealt with a number of delays, while crews worked to drain the ring, for the shows. Those competing said they were still able to enjoy the experience.
The harness horse races were cancelled, because it was too muddy on the racetrack.
