Not so lucky today with cold temps and a few snowflakes
GOSHEN, Ind. -- According to the Goshen Police Department, a shooting occurred at a residence on Rosemare Court in Goshen around 3:20 on Saturday, leaving two dead and three wounded.
One male was taken to Goshen Hospital for treatment, but has since been pronounced deceased.
Another male was pronounced dead on the scene.
Two females have been emergency-airlifted to a trauma hospital in Fort Wayne, and another injured female was taken to a trauma facility in South Bend.
The Elkhart County Sherriff’s Office says there is not an ongoing public threat, and police believe that based on information gathered so far that the shootings were not gang-related.
The investigation is ongoing, and Elkhart County Homicide has taken over.
