NAPPANEE, Ind. – Six months of free mortgage payments were offered to a family in Nappanee.
Victoria Heidman, a single mother of four children, was informed by her landlord that they were planning to sell the house she was renting from.
Heidman and her family would have to move, unless she could find a way to purchase the home.
That was when Golden Years Financial Advisors decided to intervene.
“I’m hoping that all of that can be taken care of over the next year and you know, a lot of stress will be taken off my shoulder,” Heidman said.
Two of Heidman’s children have autism, and she says that she has mounting medical bills.
Golden Years Financial Advisors provides financial planning and asset management for the Michiana area.
