ND and USC extends series to 2023

NOTRE DAME, Ind. — One of the biggest rivalries in college football lives on.
Notre Dame and USC will continue their series through 2023.
The Trojans announced the deal Wednesday in a press release. The Irish will continue to play USC in California on Thanksgiving weekend during even numbed years, while Notre Dame will host the Trojans in October in odd numbered years.
The annual series started in 1926.
Notre Dame and USC play in South Bend this year on October 19.
