Niles soccer team gives back

NILES, Mich. -- The Niles High School soccer team spent the day donating their time to the middle schoolers in their district.

There isn't a middle school soccer team in Niles so the high school players have been holding a clinic for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders to play on club teams!

There's about 35 to 40 players on each team and it's gearing them up for high school ball.

"It's great! We love having all the support because we'd do it for the other team so we hope they do it for us and we all work together which is a fun, fun thing," said Amy Gourlay.

They even held a bake sale and port-a-pit fundraiser to help with funds for these new club teams!
