Holiday displays shine on amid rising electricity costs
Notre Dame hockey currently holds the nation's longest winning streak.
That 11-game run has been led by goaltender Cale Morris.
Today, he was named National Division-I Player of the Month by the Hockey Commissioners' Association for November.
Morris was 8-0 in the month of November, and posted three shutouts. He led the nation in save percentage and goals-against average during that stretch as well.
He has started every game of the current Irish win streak.
This recognition comes one day after Morris earned his fourth-consecutive conference honor, as he was named the Big Ten's First Star of the week yet again.
Notre Dame, ranked No. 4 in the country, puts its streak and its perfect conference record on the line this weekend with a road series against No. 12 Wisconsin.
