'Nuns on the Bus' roll into South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- They are the rock stars of religion and now they are bringing their tour bus to South Bend.
They are known as the 'Nuns on the Bus'.
They are touring the nation, prootesting proposed federal budget cuts and spotlighting their work with the nation's poor.
On Thursday, they will hold a fundraiser at the Good Shepherd Montessori School on East Jefferson Blvd. in South Bend.
The event starts at 7:30 p.m.
