NWS Storm Survey Interview: North Judson Tornado

I spoke with Evan Bentley a meteorologist with the National Weather Service of Northern Indiana. He worked on the storm survey, and helped confirm Sunday's tornado touchdown near North Judson.

I asked him what he looked for that confirmed a tornado touchdown? Why was it so difficult to see this storm on Radar? Why a tornado warning was not issued? Why viewers should treat severe thunderstorms like these [ +70 mph winds] just like tornado warnings? Watch the video a hear his answers.
