October 19 is the last day to register to vote online or by mail in Michigan

LANSING, Mich.-- Michigan residents have through October 19 to register to vote online or by mail for the general election on November 3.
Eligible Michigan residents can register online at michigan.gov/vote through the end of the day on Monday or by mail but it must be postmarked by October 19.
Anyone who has not yet registered after the October 19 deadline can still register to vote in person at their city or town’s clerk’s office through Election Day. Voters must bring a document verifying their residency.
