SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- St. Joseph County Dispatch confirms officers with the South Bend Police Department responded to a report of a shooting around 4:50 a.m. in the 1300 block of Eastbrook Drive Sunday.
Dispatch says their initial call reported someone was shot in the back.
One male was confirmed shot and taken to the local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The South Bend Violent Crimes Unit is currently investigating.
