One person hurt in two vehicle crash

CASS COUNTY, Mich. – One person was hurt in a two vehicle crash in Cass County Wednesday night, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office reported.

At 11:59 p.m., deputies were called to the scene of a crash in the 10,000 block of Pioneer Street in Marcellus Township.

A car reportedly hit a vehicle that was turning into a driveway, police said.

The driver of the vehicle turning into the driveway was not injured in the crash.

The other driver was taken to a local hospital for injuries.

Both drivers were wearing seatbelts and alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
