Groundbreaking for phase two of ’The Cascade’
ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Elkhart County Dispatch reports deputies responded to a three-vehicle crash at corner of C.R. 17 and C.R. 40 just west of Goshen sometime before 5:15 a.m. Thursday.
Authorities say at least one person was taken to the hospital.
The scene was cleared around 5:30 a.m.
There are no other details available at this time.
