Owners making changes to Between the Buns in South Bend

South Bend's Between the Buns is no longer. The owners have rebranded the restaurant as Taphouse on the Edge.

Some things are staying the same, but the menu is changing over the next few months.

"Definitely a slow transition to our final full menu which will probably be 3-6 months down the line.  We expect to have a lot of chef-inspired menu items and specials daily and still have the basic core menu very similar to Between the Buns menu," said co-owner Jeff Morauski.

The other two locations, in Osceola and Elkhart, will remain Between the Buns.
