ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- Venues Parks and Arts announced a new experience that will be featured during Best. Week. Ever. 2019. in St. Joseph County this summer.
Paddle for Pints is an urban brewery pub crawl-style event that will take place on the St. Joseph River.
The event will happen from June 6 to June 8.
It launches at Kamm Island Park in Mishawaka, stopping at several pubs along the river, and ends in South Bend.
First stop is Crooked Ewe, followed by Oakan Bucket and it will end at Governor Joseph Kernan Park.
Each stop will last 45 minutes.
Kayaks and life jackets provided for those who are participating.
“It’s more about the experience and less about the consumption. Of course you’ll enjoy a beer or 2 along the way but it’s just a cool unique way to enjoy the water and see south bend from a different perspective,” General Manager Paddle for Pints, Jeremy Smith said.
Paddle for Pints originated in Traverse City, Michigan.
Tickets for the event are on sale now and can be purchased by clicking here.
