SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Paramount School of Excellence held a teacher fair on Saturday in order to better accommodate more teachers and students.
The school is working to hire and recruit local teachers that are driven to help students achieve success.
Keith Thomas Jr., Senior VP of academics for Paramount Schools, stated, "One thing is just we have a really a standard based curriculum that we use, and our school has been outperforming state averages for years now. So really standard driven coaching model where we spend a lot of time in classrooms, administrators, central office team, coaching up teachers and getting students to perform really good."
