Parts of South Bend bridge to reopen

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Indiana Department of Transportation announced the removal of lane restrictions on the State Road 933 bridge and the opening of sidewalks on both sides.
The west side of Northshore Blvd. at State Road 933 will also reopen.
But the east side of Northshore Blvd. at the intersection will remain closed while crews continue to repair under the bridge.
