Pete Buttigieg to address common council on city's finances

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The newly elected mayor of South Bend will address the common council on the state of the city’s finances.
Mayor Pete Buttigieg has only been on the job a little over a month. South Bend code requires the mayor to report on the city’s finances and general condition at the first scheduled council meeting of February.
The meeting kicks off at 7 inside of the County-City Building.
