Phase One completed of 5-points intersection

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The first part of a major road construction project near the Notre Dame campus is now completed.
Phase One of the 5-points intersection is now completed.
The second phase of the project will involve the installation of storm sewers on Corby.
That is why State Road 23 is closed. INDOT said there may be additional closures of secondary roads off S.R. 23 between Corby and Edison.
They also said it will not cause any major disruptions to traffic.
The whole S.R. 23/5-Point project is expected to be complete in Oct. 2014.
