Around 27,500 customers in Michiana are still without power because of Monday night’s storms.
According to Indiana Michigan Power, at 6:00 a.m., 24,000 customers remained without power in LaPorte, St. Joseph, Elkhart and Allen counties.
About 2600 Midwest Energy Cooperative members were without power as of 4:15 a.m. Tuesday
