INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.-The battle continues between Planned Parenthood and the state of Indiana.
Monday, the Indiana Attorney Generals office filed a brief asking a federal judge in Chicago, to lift a hold placed on the law. It was put in place by an Indianapolis federal judge, back in June.
Next month, oral arguments will be held in the U.S. Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago.
