SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Play Create Heal attracted dozens of people out to the Potawatomi Conservatory to engage in several wellness events designed to foster community engagement.
It was completely free to the public and invited people from all backgrounds to explore what they had to offer, including cranial massages and heart math.
"Just to be able to experience, being able to come inside and being with community, being together, getting some great food with a bite from me. So, there's things for all ages to do and experience, especially if you're feeling a little bit of cabin fever. And if you're just looking for some alternative health modalities, just a sample, try out, talk to people," stated Executive Director of Conscious Michiana Jamila Thomas.
During the event, they raised funds for Conscious Michiana, a non-profit that aims to guide everything from mind to body in our area.
