Playoff weather preview: Knox vs. Bishop Luers
KNOX, Ind. -- The Knox Redskins head east into Fort Wayne tonight to take on Bishop Luers in the 3A semi-state championship.
Kickoff is at 8 PM EST at Bishop Luers High School.
The Redskins are 13-0 on the season so far while the Knights of Bishop Luers are 8-5.
The Knights are looking to extend their win streak to five by the end of tonight.
Knox's only semi-state appearance in recorded history was 2023, when the Redskins fell to Indianapolis Chatard.
Bishop Luers has been to their semi-state divisional game four times in the last five years, winning three of those matchups.
Kickoff conditions tonight will be cloudy and wet with scattered showers expected to fall through the evening.
Temperatures start in the mid 40s at kickoff and sink into the low 40s by the end of the game.
A send-off for the Redskins takes place at 2:45 PM CST today with a free bus for fans to ride to the game departing at 4:00 PM CST.
