Starke County face-to-face with severe weather
Warm and breezy again for today, with sunnier skies through the afternoon. We continue to warm up and keep the sunshine around for the start of the week, with highs making a run to the 70s again Monday and Tuesday. Tuesday brings another chance for widespread storms across Michiana; the Storm Prediction Center has us under a Level 2/5, Slight chance for severe weather. Chances increase into the afternoon hours and the overnight as a frontal system sweeps through our area after sunset. Especially after Friday's storms, we are keeping a close eye on this setup. Significantly cooler through the end of the week, with snow chances returning into next weekend.
Today: Clearing skies, warm, breezy. High 60.
Tonight: Clear, breezy, mild. Low 46.
Monday: Sunny, breezy, warm. High 70.
Tuesday: Afternoon storms, potentially severe. High 73.
