Plymouth Avenue Bridge opens to traffic in Goshen

GOSHEN, Ind. -- The Plymouth Avenue Bridge over the Elkhart River is now open to traffic.
The Indiana Department of Transportation plans to have the project totally complete by Friday, according to Goshen city officials.
