MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- A Culver man was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated following a crash on Thanksgiving which left a vehicle in a ditch.

At 9:24 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 27, emergency services responded to the area of 4th and Grape Roads for a single-vehicle crash.

The driver, 32-year-old Jordan L. Miller, was initially unresponsive, but came to and was found to have been intoxicated.

After being checked out by emergency services and those at the hospital, Miller was given several tests that determined he had been intoxicated.

As a result, Miller was placed into custody and charged with OWI.

Miller's bond is set to $1,500.
