Police investigate Mishawaka Riverwalk assaults

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Police are investigating several assaults near the Mishawaka Riverwalk.


The first happened June 27th.

 

A woman says she was walking her dog when a man on a bike knocked her to the ground.

 

The second assault happened July 5th.

 

A woman says she was walking with a friend when a man came up behind her and put his hand around her mouth and pulled her backwards.

 


Mishawaka Police say they are looking for a skinny black man about 5'7 in his 20s wearing tight-fitted bike shorts and a large flat-bill baseball hat.

 

If you know anything about this man or see him any more you are asked to call Mishawaka police or notify Riverwalk security.
