One victim injured in shooting on Huey Street

SOUTH BEND, Ind.—Police were called to the scene of a shooting on Huey Street on Monday.
Officers were called to the 300 block of Huey Street around 4:39 p.m.
An official at the scene said one victim went to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A detective said that multiple shots were fired and a male suspect had left the area.
