Power outages reported across Michiana

There are power outages reported in multiple counties in Indiana and Michigan, according to Indiana Michigan Power, NIPSCO and Midwest Energy Cooperative.

According to NIPSCO, they are working to restore power to more than 29,000 customers across northern Indiana because of the icy, windy weather.
Crews will be working around the clock to assess and repair the damage, but nightfall and road conditions may present some challenges.
NIPSCO says it expects to have restoration estimates available by Tuesday afternoon.
