Prosecutors charge Notre Dame football player Calabrese

ST. JOSEPH CO., Ind. -- "My people will get you!"

That's the phrase that led to charges against a Notre Dame football player.

On Wednesday, Carlo Calabrese was formally charged with intimidation.

Police arrested him earlier this month, along with Notre Dame Quarterback Tommy Rees.

Police who were checking on a noise complaint, claimed that Rees ran from them. When they caught him, cops said Calabrese interfered, talking about Notre Dame football and repeating the phrase "My people will get you!" twice.

Both are expected in court on Thursday.
