Public gets chance to address abandoned house task force

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The public will get a chance to meet with South Bend's abandoned and vacant home task force on Thursday, May 31.
The public will have a chance to address the group at a special meeting at the Muessel Primary Center at 5:30 p.m.
Abandon and vacant homes have been a big problem for the city and residents say they have been a haven for crime.
