Rees hearing dismissed, will not have to pay restitution

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Notre Dame Quarterback Tommy Rees will not have to pay restitution for his May arrest.

A restitution hearing was set for Monday, but the case was dismissed.

That means that Rees will not owe any money to the courts for what he did.

On May 3, Rees was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and resisting law enforcement.

He plead guilty to the charges on July 23.
