Relatives of Elkhart toddler who died in 2011 upset due to closed case

ELKHART, Ind. — Relatives of an Elkhart toddler who died two years ago are fighting for justice.
Fifteen-month-old Taylor Hartung-Mann died in 2011.
Our partners at Michiana News Channel are reporting that her relatives are upset that investigators have closed the case until new leads emerge.
Her grandmother said she and other relatives are angry and hope that charges would be announced in the case.
The toddler died while in the care of her mother's boyfriend.
A cause of death was never determined.
