SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Collegiate Robotic Football Conference National Championship took place this afternoon at Saint Mary's College. Featuring top collegiate robotic teams duking it out for a chance to claim the Brian Hederman Memeorial Trophy.
Robotic Football was created in memory of Brian Hederman who died tragically in car accident in July of 1995. His father found a sketch of a robot football player and created a robotic American style football competition among US engineering schools.
