Ruling in delay for St. Joseph High School construction

SOUTH BEND, Ind.-We are still waiting this morning for a judge to make a ruling on an injunction that could delay construction on the new St. Joseph's High School.

Last week. A federal judge heard arguments over property for the school's athletic complex. South Bend bought the land for a little more than a million dollars and gave it to the school.

The A.C.L.U. says the city violated the separation of church and state.
