Scattered thunderstorms will be rolling through Michiana this morning starting between 7:00 and 8:00 AM for most people.
Rain and storm chances will become more isolated later in the morning with conditions drying out during the afternoon.
There is a small chance for some of these storms to become strong with gusty winds, but most should stay sub-severe.
Most of the afternoon will see partly cloudy skies with more clearing later in the day. Sunshine during the late afternoon will help daytime highs reach into the mid-80's.
Sunshine will return for Tuesday with mostly sunny skies and highs staying in the mid-80's.
Wednesday will bring extreme heat with high temperatures into the mid-90's and feels-like temperatures expected to be into the triple digits.
A cold front Wednesday night will bring temperatures back down into the mid-80's for the remainder of the week as well as scattered rain and storm chances that are expected to last on-and-off through Thursday night.
