Section of Toll Road reopened after downed wires trigger closure

LAKE COUNTY, Ind. - The Indiana Toll Road has reopened between mile markers 5 and 10 Monday after crews replace downed power lines in the area.
Earlier damage was because of a NIPSCO pole that caught fire early Monday morning.
