MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. – 40 miles-per-hour winds were a factor in knocking over a semi-truck driving southbound on US 31 on Monday near Plymouth.
The semi was blown over near the exit ramp from US 30 West at around 11 a.m.
Officials with the Indiana Department of Transportation say that this is what can happen during high winds.
No injuries are being reported.
