SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Five South Bend firefighters are returning to work after quarantining when they learned that they had interacted with someone later tested positive for COVID-19.
The interaction occurred during a call back in March.
None of the firefighters experienced symptoms associated with COVID-19, and all of their tests came out negative.
The firefighters voluntary quarantined as a precaution.
