Manistee county, MI -- A Michigan Sheriff's Department is investigating after what appears to be a razor blade was found in a piece of Halloween candy.

The Manistee County Sheriff's Department reports the small metal object was found in a piece of a Tootsie Roll on Halloween and appears to have been cut to fit into the candy.
