GOSHEN, Ind.—Elkhart County Sheriff Brad Rogers will meet with Goshen City Mayor Jeremy Stutsman to discuss preliminary findings stemming from the December 14 incident involving the conduct of off-duty police officers.

The December 14 incident resulted in the arrest of Goshen City Police officer Brody Brown for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

There are also allegations that shots were fired from the car Brown was driving in.
