Silver Alert declared for missing Warsaw woman

WARSAW, Ind. -- The Warsaw Police Department and Indiana State Police are investigating the disappearance of Rachael Deboard of Warsaw.
Rachael is a 50-year old white female who is five feet, seven inches tall, 190 pounds, and has brown hair with brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a white and green tie dye shirt, grey sweatpants, and black sides.
Deboard has been missing since 1 p.m. on Monday.
