Today starts out dry with a good amount of sunshine but showers and storms begin developing in the afternoon. Scattered showers and storms continue to pick up in the evening as a low pressure system approaches from the west. Some storms could be strong to severe with the greatest threats being strong winds and hail. The greater threat for severe storms looks to be mainly west of Michiana. Storms turn to just showers through the overnight hours as cooler air begins to filter into the region. Highs only top out in the low 70s on Friday with windy conditions and scattered light rain possible.
Thursday: Partly cloudy then showers and storms in the afternoon and evening, high of 82.
Tonight: Few showers and storms, low 65.
Friday: Scattered light rain, highs in the low 70s.
Saturday: Mostly to partly sunny, highs in the mid-70s.
