South Bend Cubs holding championship open house
SOUTH BEND, Ind.—The South Bend Cubs are celebrating their first Midwest League Championship win in 14 years by hosting a championship open house at Four Winds Field on October 22.
Gates will open at 6 p.m. Parking and admission to the event is free.
The 2019 Midwest League Championship trophy will be on display for fans to see and take their picture with.
New championship apparel will be available for purchase in the Cubs Den Team Store and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., fans can get 25% off of their purchase.
South Bend Cubs infielder Levi Jordan and catcher Gustavo Polanco will be in attendance at the event.
Fans will also have the opportunity to take batting practice at the home plate from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and play catch on the field from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., weather permitting.
Live music from the Grooveheads will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
