SOUTH BEND, Ind.—The South Bend Cubs hosted a job fair Saturday to attract new employees for the 2019 season.
Available positions include ticket sellers, team store employees, suite servers and more.
"We usually hire between 70 to 80 positions, either for folks that are no longer in the area, they moved away, positions that we need to fill, we have quite a few people returning as well, we'll staff over 150 people in the summer so we have a very large game-base staff but we're excited for all the folks that we have coming back and we've had a lot of folks that we've interviewed that are excited to work here,” said Chris Hagstrom-Jones, Director of Media Promotions for the South Bend Cubs.
Opening day for the South Bend Cubs is April 4th.
