SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A South Bend firefighter who pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated was sentenced to five days in jail, according to court records.
Daniel Dobski, 52, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and driving a vehicle with a BAC over .15 in court on Wednesday.
A third charge, operating while intoxicated - endangering a person, was dismissed, according to court records.
Indiana State Police arrested Dobski in July 2019 after conducting a traffic stop on his vehicle for erratic driving.
Dobski was sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 360 days suspended.
He is currently on paid leave pending the outcome of the court case.
